Welcoming Arlene Du Toit


We are excited to announce that our team continues to grow! Introducing our newest addition, Arlene Du Toit. Arlene is our Sales and Administration Assistant. Having completed a diploma in business, leadership, and management, she has extensive experience in customer service and call centre work. Customer service is a key part of Arlene’s responsibilities.  

Expect to hear from her with updates on your orders, information regarding products and offerings, and when we connect with you at events. 

The Du Toit family name will be familiar to many in the intelligent tracking industry.  Lucille Du Toit, Arlene’s mum, joined our team in 2013 and stayed until sadly passing away in 2019. "I remember when I would bring my homework to mum’s work and sit here in the sales office and study, so I thought it would be pretty cool to come work here now I am older". Many of our Times-7 staff already know Arlene well, so it is a natural fit to have her in the office as an essential member of our team.  

Having previously worked in customer contact centre roles, Arlene wants to bring her skills to administration-based work to support customers and colleagues. 

With a willingness to learn and an eye for detail, Arlene has already been a star at helping our team to accomplish a huge array of backlogged administration tasks. As well as answering the phone and email requests from customers, she will also process orders, check orders for accuracy, and create shipping labels, packing lists and invoices. If you hear a new voice answering the phones, say hi! 

We asked Arlene what her favourite part about the job has been so far "110% the people, it's a very welcoming environment, especially for a place that's relatively small and everyone is always stacked with work". Times-7 is proud to have Arlene as a part of our team, and we are excited to see her apply her skills to take our customer service to the next level.
