Mike Caird joined the Board of Directors in 2021, preceded by nine years as a shareholder. He became the Chairman of the Board in 2024. Since his initial investment in the company, Mike has continued to support Time-7's development and growth with his diverse professional skill set across finance, taxation, accounting, and banking.
Mike is currently the director of various organisations across New Zealand and has significant expertise in financial markets, including four years as Head of Debt Capital Markets for Craigs Investment Partners and 11 years with ABN AMRO.

Antony co-founded Times-7 in 2006. As inaugural CEO, he led the first ten years of product development, IP commercialisation, offshore market development, and capital raising.
Antony has over 25 years of experience in digital, ICT, and Hi-Tech RFID/IoT Manufacturing.
Antony holds a senior leadership role at Cubic Transportation Systems NZ, with prior executive experience at Datacom, PaperKite and Silverstripe.

Jos Kunnen served as CEO of Times-7 from 2016 to 2024, leading the company through multiple phases of strong growth, international expansion, and significant product development. He remains deeply engaged in the global RAIN RFID ecosystem and has served as a Director of the RAIN Alliance for the past three years. He is currently Chair of the RAIN Alliance, where he has led important strategy and governance initiatives, and also serves as Chair of the New Zealand Pathfinder RFID Group.
Having over 45 years of experience across IT, RFID, and digital transformation, Jos supports technology businesses as a Board Advisor, Angel Investor, and mentor. He is a Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and a Life Member of the IEEE.

David became a director of Times-7 in 2016 and chairperson of the company from 2020-2023. His varied career spans research and research management, strategic planning management, corporate finance and business consulting.
Much of his consulting focused on science-related industry joint ventures, including reviewing governance and commercial aspects.Other assignments encompassed global market entry strategies for high-tech companies and industry and regional development studies.

Mark is the principal of Luscombe Legal and has over 17 years of immigration and employment law experience.Mark founded his law firm in 2005 to attract global talent and foreign investment to strengthen and energize regional New Zealand.
In addition to being a member of the New Zealand Thai Chamber of Commerce, Mark serves on several trusts and directors' boards, including RF Team Works and RFID Holdings. Mark is the immediate past chair of Times-7.
