Garry brings a wealth of business management experience, having successfully launched and expanded several tech enterprises from the ground up across New Zealand, Europe, and globally.
Ilze Coupé
Finance
Ilze brings over 25 years of experience to her role as Financial Accountant, where she ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations. Known for her sharp analytical skills and process-driven approach, she plays a key role in maintaining financial health and efficiency. Ilze holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting from UNISA and, outside of work, when she is not running after her two teenagers, she enjoys beach days and exploring waterfalls.
Peter Wilcock
Engineering Manager
Peter has been with Times-7 since its founding and brings over 40 years of engineering experience, including 32 years in new product development. As Engineering Manager, he supports the engineering team in product development, customer solutions, and quality assurance. Peter enjoys the diversity of industries Times-7 serves and values collaborating with its world-class customers.
Zaina Shareef
Sales & Marketing Manager
With a background in product marketing, channel enablement, strong commercial acumen, and a customer-first approach, Zaina brings a well-rounded marketing and sales strategy to develop Times-7's offerings further. As the sales and marketing manager, Zaina ensures the continuous delivery of insightful content to customers and partners and supports the team in promoting our RFID antennas.
Jack McCrea
Sales & Operations Planning Manager
Holding a diverse background as a Logistics Officer for the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF), and Global Supply Chain Manager for a ski manufacturer, Jack’s expertise spans a range of logistics and supply chain functions.
Jack focuses on driving growth and efficiency by effectively implementing a streamlined Operations Plan at Times-7.
Peter Rhoades
Production Manager
Peter has an extensive background in the engineering industry and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Technology and a Bachelor's in Manufacturing and Industrial Technology. Peter has 20 years of experience in manufacturing in technical management, production, and team-leading roles; Peter is a valuable asset to the Times-7 team.
Neil Thackeray
RFID Product Developer
Neil brings over two decades of experience to the design and development of RFID antenna products. He thrives on the challenge of working with cutting-edge technology alongside a team of great people. Outside the lab, Neil keeps things interesting by playing ice hockey, a sport he took up at the age of 50.
George Mitchell
Business Development Manager
George is often the first point of contact for Times-7’s global partner network, building strong relationships through key account management and technical sales consultation. With over six years at Times-7 and a background in ANZ account management, he works closely with partners to match the right antennas to their solutions. George also plays a strategic role in business development, identifying new opportunities and forging valuable partnerships worldwide.
Raman Pal Singh
Warehouse and Logistics Manager
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and nearly a decade at Times-7, he brings extensive experience from his previous role as Production Supervisor. His role involves overseeing dispatch, stock control, and warehouse operations. Raman enjoys the dynamic nature of his role and the positive work culture that keeps him engaged and on his toes.
Quangthanh Pham
Supervisor and Production Lead
From overseeing production schedules to training staff and maintaining rigorous quality standards, Quang plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. He brings a combined background in Electrical Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City National University of Technology and Mechatronic Engineering from Weltec, along with over a decade of supervisory and project management experience. After seven years with Times-7, Quang values the collaborative culture and supportive environment that welcomes new ideas.

With a unique blend of expertise in electrical engineering, mechatronics and system integration of various automation technologies, Daniel is indispensable to our mission of enhancing Times-7's antenna portfolio to meet the diverse needs of our customers' RFID solutions. He ensures the quality of our antenna designs and expands our performance knowledge base to assist our clients with their RFID solutions in the field.
